The Gulf Group operates McDonald's restaurants across Baldwin County, Alabama, in Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, Loxley, Malbis and Orange Beach. As an independent owner/operator organization, we're part of the McDonald's family — but the decisions, the hiring and the community support all happen right here on the coast.
We believe some of the best people in the world work here. Our job is to give them the training, the schedule and the opportunity to build something — whether that’s a first job, a management career or the education to go anywhere they choose.
